KETCH 22 is in better than new condition. Much of the cabinetry and shelving has been replaced and/or refitted. Hull and deck were repainted in '08. The standing rigging, including chainplates, have been replaced. The masts have been re-wired. Sails are recent - the genoa is brand new in '08 . Our local North Sails rep has tweaked the rigging and says this is the best sailing Morgan OI anywhere. The list goes on and on and on.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Forward cabin sleeps two in over and under single berths criss-crossing
at the bow; Forward head has two entrances from forward cabin and main salon
respectively. Main salon sleeps three: One in single settee to port plus
two in dinette settee to starboard - dinette drops to form queen sized double
with air mattress; Master aft stateroom sleeps two in double berth running
athwartships. Vector marine reverse cycle heating and airconditioning for
all cabins - installed new in 1999;
